View Points and Waterfalls

We drove up higher into the grains and visited some incredible view points. The devastation from bush fires in January was still evident and seeing the miles of woodland it's not suprising how they cover such areas. One road we planned to drive was named ' Difficult Road" but sadly closed due to bush fire damage. We walked down the 1 1/2 km very steep path to Mackenzie Falls which were lovely and despite the dry conditions up here had loads of water gushing over. The track up was hard going ! Nice heat today 28 and unbroken blue sky. Back for a chill before heading out thus evening in the cool l.
