There came both mist and snow ...

Darkness falls on the snowy hills overlooking Glen Massan and Benmore. The next battering shower of sleet and hail was already on its way down the glen, catching us as we were halfway back along the road, but most of our route was at least sheltered from the roaring winds that we could hear in the tree tops. Our main concern was the threat of falling branches - there was tree debris everywhere.
