Park Day

Today was my son Liam's 8th Birthday...so after taking little brother to his Teddy Bear Picnic & a pizza lunch...Liam got to choose the activity of the day. He chose to go to "Spiderman Park". That's the name my kids gave it because of the big web structure that they like to climb on. They spent a little time in the skate park area, but most of their time was spent climbing on the ropes and taking turns having a man on the ground shooting foam darts at the others in the web. I couldn't pick just one favorite picture today, so I decided to practice learning photo collages on Photoshop.

The evening closed with Liam opening his gift from mom & dad (a Huffy Green Machine) and choosing his dining 'restaurant' for supper. He chose Taco Bell!!! What? I know that wasn't my top pick...I would have preferred a restaurant where they bring him a dessert and sing to him. He had it in his mind, however, that he wanted drive-thru Taco Bell Mexican Pizza and eating it in front of our TV with a movie rental. Astro Boy was the movie for the night.
