Grilling......

Had it not been so chaotic, I would have snapped a picture of the pizza dough, grilling away on here, as we did our very first grilled pizza! But, it was a frenzied process. Olive oil, grill, olive oil, flip over, slap on toppings, grill, remove from grill, consume! It all happened in a five minute period it seemed! So, after all was said and done, I decided to blip this little contraption that will be used quite more regularly in the pizza department. The pizza was divine!

Had a fun day with the kids today. Not much planned and it was beautiful weather. We played in the park, had lunch with Josh, had gymnastics and ended the day with a heated game of basketball (Tyler and Mia vs. Daddy) Mia shot the winning basket with one second to go. It was all very thrilling!
