Moving on...

Another day in the madness and buzz of Honkers.

Met Rosie for lunch at the IFC for our first and last Chinese food since getting here! Dim Sum, noodle soup, green beans with fried pork and a couple of other dishes to share. It all went down a treat and before we knew it we were having to say our goodbyes so that she could go back to work. Jen and I mooched around the shops and sat in a lovely public rooftop-garden, overlooking the harbour until it was time to head to the airport.

The airport there is huge. My memories of 2006 were that the gate wasn't very far away. Tonight, we were at Gate 60 for our onward flight to Sydney. It was a long walk down several travelators, but it could have been worse; the signs we were following were for Gates 20-530!

An on-time departure from HK for the penultimate leg of our across-the-world journey.
