Very busy day today.

More holes in the walls because the new shutter doesn't fit into the recess properly. Plaster lathe been ripped off to reface and accommodate. (Decorator is NOT going to be amused).

Electrician came back to connect the cooker hood and hob. However he couldn't get a current to the hob and he spent ages testing just about everything he could but no spark. The childlock was on.

Then the plumber couldn't get any gas to come through to it.

Then the glazier had to go away to get more putty because the stuff he had brought with him from Blair Atholl was frozen. First time I've heard that excuse - ever!

Kittens passed their vet check this afternoon - we have one boy and one girl. Now all we need are names.

Somebody dared to suggest that this was turning into a saga - well duh!

Off to watch a movie and chill.

PS This image is straight off the camera - only a few spots have been touched up - and levels have been adjusted. Something else I managed to pull off the skip. Think it was a protector for the cooker hood.
