Spiffy

Last day of the Centerparcs holiday today, and it was an early start to get packed up before the 10am check out time. We dressed the wee man in the outfit we had actually bought for him to wear to dinner last night (we opted to put him straight into his jammies last night, as dinner was quite late [7pm] and it saved a lot of hassle when we got home and put him to bed). So, Aidan was looking quite spiffy in his shirt and tie, if not a little sleepy from missing out on his usual naps.

We ended up leaving at around 9.30am and took the direct route, arriving back home before 12 midday. We tried to get things organised as best we could (unpacking, putting the washing on etc), and tried to re-establish the wee man's routine by feeding him at 12 and putting him down for his usual mid-afternoon nap. He slept quite well (which is a change from the rest of the week so far), and seemed to settle back into his routine.
