Girls Night Out...
After one GNO was canceled, we switched it up...after work I met up with my sis-in-law, niece, and daughter. We went to grab dinner and then went to watch the little niece in her school production for upcoming Memorial Day. That is when just peeled off from the bro-in-law and the little one and we went to the local Starbucks drive-thru, we gave that poor guy such a hard time, not on purpose, but no one could figure out what they wanted, actually, it was mostly my sis-in-law, with NO HELP from the backseat drivers. Once we got to the window, he 'handed us off' to co-worker, who my daughter thought was pretty cute, he handled us well, even as my sis-in-law ordered her Iced Mocha with 'ice cream' on it. I tell ya...I am sure they thought we had been drinking. But, nope, we were straight, just silly and giggly for some reason. We were having fun. They actually up graded our drinks...like we needed more caffeine at this point. Then we decided to go to the Drive-in. I won't share that story, but my daughter was somehow stuck in the back seat, don't ask me how. I haven't been to a drive-in in years, we laughed and laughed. I think we all digressed to teens, well, the niece is still a teen, but the rest of us aren't.
We saw Ironman 2 and Date Night. The shot is from the trailer from some movie...I hate snakes, this freaked me out...but it was about the best shot of the night. It isn't easy to shoot from a bouncing car. LOL!!!
As I am backblipping this...I was rocked by a 5.3 earthquake out of Baja California, where the big one hit on Easter and the tremblers have been hitting ever since. My chair shook hard. YIKES!!!
Busy today...grad party and a dual class reunion...mine and my hubby's class!!!
