The future of customer service?

Work is fun these days.

These are a collection of folk who also work for Scottish Water. We all joined together, as recent graduates. Now, 18 months on, we are reaching the end of a two year programme that has seen us each take on three different roles within the business.

These five are preparing to present some of their recent work to a group of managers, and were keen to get a mug shot together.

The light wasn't great, but I hope that this does the job for them...
