Great day at the farm!

This morning I got up and made a chocolate slice to take up to Robyn's house today. Kaz went for an hour and twenty minute run and then we all had brekkie together. Spence and I walked over to Joe and Bev's house to pick up Jessie and Kurt. Joe opened the door and Spence walked right in as if he owned the place, paused to say hi to Jessie then went in the lounge room and said to Kurt (who was holding a footy) 'kick the footy'!! We packed the car and put Spence in his car seat. Kurt got in next to him and the smile on Spence's face was fantastic!!

We had a great morning filled with puppies, playing cars in front of the fire, showing photos from our Thailand trip and Robyn & Dave's Honeymoon (10 years ago) to the Cook Islands, a beautiful vegetable quiche and then we went outside!

It was Kaz's first time so we had a look at the stables and the horse arenas. Kurt and Spence had a great time playing the 'sand pit' (horse arena), rolling and sliding down the bank on the grass, running around and exploring the place!

Kurt has apparently always wanted a little brother so is loving Spence coming around. He looks after him and makes sure he is ok! Spence loves both Jessie and Kurt so it's fantastic!

I couldn't decide on one photo for today's blip so I made four of them into a collage. Top left is Spence sliding down the bank after Kurt had just rolled down, top right is Spence pointing to the cat who had just jumped off the hay, bottom left is Kurt bringing Spence back up to us after being down in the horse arena playing and bottom right is Spence walking back up the hill with Kurt and the rolling hills in the background!!
