Say hello to my little friend!

I was all out of inspiration today, until I looked passed the fact that the apartment's only blipable objects (flowers in a vase) were wilted, and instead saw someone looking back at me! She hasn't introduced herself yet, but I'm sure she'll warm up to me eventually (her eyes may be pins, but I'm sure that's an inquisitive look she's giving me) :)

Speaking of saying hello to a little friend... tomorrow I'm heading to a photo store to pick up something new and shiny that I have much longed for to buy and today finally took the decision to invest in. AWESOME! What it is? I'll be keeping that to myself until tomorrow, but feel free to make a guess!
