Smile!

We pass the local International House of Pancakes every time we go downtown, and often see "Susie" -- her name is on her back. It usually makes me smile, and I find it hard not to wave. I wonder how effective the advertising is -- we've never been in the place.

The person inside this outfit is probably not complaining about our frigid spring weather. It must get pretty hot in there when the sun shines. Maximum temperature here yesterday was 59F/15C -- International Standard Atmosphere sea level temperature. I don't suppose that bit of information will ever help you in a Trivial Pursuit game, but I just thought I'd mention it. Once an engineer, always an engineer!
