Tough Day

It doesn't look it - but it is.

My beautiful, lovely daughter took exception to me today. We had a falling out - a very bad one. I'm left hurt, shattered and worried that I can't keep her safe.

She rocked my world this morning and I don't know what to do. We're off to the Dr's later to see if we can talk to someone. My heart almost broke as I walked Joe to school and he said "No one heard me crying in my room this morning". Her outbursts - which thankfully are few and far between are increasing in their violence. It took all I could to hold her this morning. I'm not sure how much longer I can hold on to her and stop her from hurting me or herself

My life is shattered.
