The Swimming Baths
Before Scarlett arrived I had clocked up over 4,000 steps. Everytime I had a cup f tea I walked up and own the corridor while I drank it. I drink an awful lot of tea ..
Scarlett and I went swimming today for the first time in ages... which brings me to my point.
There are so many wonderful blipping opportunities at the Swimming baths that don't involve other people or paedophilia, it makes me hopping mad that I can't take photos in what is a publicly funded public place. So I decided today to take no notice. The changing rooms do not face the pool and the doors go right down to the floor so no chance of a stealth blip... so this is my public-protest-against-the-system blip.
In full view of the CCTV cameras I hasten to add ...no one came to sort me out despite the fact I took ages doing this. I plan to think of different ways to flout this stupid convention every time I go...
Note ATTITUDE
Scarlett by the time we met for our swim had only done 250 steps ..it turned out her battery was dead so that negates yesterdays score. She has now got a new one and starts again tomorrow.
Apparently Henry announced this morning he was 'Much better you can take me to Nursery Mummy' but he flagged and went to sleep. Later we went around the park where I took loads of pictures and couldn't decide which on to post please look here if you have time and I warn you there are loads
Total steps today is 15,152 this is because I walked around town and then walked to the park.
I now have to pick up a stranded friend at junction 15A on the M1 and take him to Junction 21A... it's a long story and therefore I will catch up with you all later
btw I will NOT be walking but driving
