A quickie in the garden

That's the trouble with going out midweek and deciding to lie in and work from home. You end up not getting your morning walk and being stuck in the house all day feeling tired and weary. The photo of the day becomes quick scout of the garden. At least I remembered to use a tripod so the bits that should be sharp are sharp, right down to the individual grains of pollen.

The plan to head up towards Ullapool for a long weekend of canoeing and camping has been scrapped having looked at the weather forecast. We'll need to make sure we don't just fritter away the days reading papers and looking at this site.
