Ferry cross the Mersey..............

Actually it was a Mersey Ferry, but the trip was a six hour cruise down the Manchester Ship Canal from Salford Quays to the Liver Building, for our 30th Wedding Anniversary (which is actually tomorrow, but the Boss is at work!!)

6 Great Crested Grebes
Numerous Herons, Ducks, Swans, Canada Geese, Moorhens and Coot
1 U Boat
Ice Cream
Beer
Wine
Coffee
Tea
French bread, Cheese, Various meats, Pate,Caramel slices, Fruit, Donuts, Cream cakes,Pringles

and then back in Salford........ dinner in Cafe Rouge.

Sun shone all day! Lovely breeze.

Totally knackered now!

Oh, the sign? Just took my eye in the ferry terminal! I tried to get the Boss and D & V to promenade in a set direction , but they told me to "Bugger off!"
