......did Tony's advisers not warn him that donating the proceeds of his memoirs would be seen as yet another cynical attempt to dupe the British public? Tony, this blood money further enforces your guilt as a war criminal in our eyes. No amount of money will bring back the lives and limbs of hundreds of British people and many, many more Afghans. What a scumbag.

Elsewhere, it was a positive day in Megacompany Plc, with some good examples of teamwork between departments and a general sense of niceness to each other prevading. I suspect it won't last long, but it's nice whilst it lasts.

Owen got new shoes for going back to school on Wednesday and opened a big boy bank account for saving his pocket money (not with Megacompany Plc). I think I need one of them.
