unwanted puppy

there are a TON of stray dogs here. They mostly keep to themselves, but I've seen a few chase after cars and sometimes they get into little altercations with each other. They're pretty good at rummaging through the trash, I guess, because it seems the population is large and thriving... but a lot of them are pretty mangy.
