Roe Deer.

This morning we were up to feed the chickens and as it was nice and fresh and bright we had a coffee and then decided to walk the dog. We took our cameras along too. Big decision, standard lens or big lens? Big lens won the day. Thank goodness I chose that as 2 fields away from the house we spotted this young Roe Deer. If I'd had the standard lens on I'd have never taken this photo. It stood and watched us watching it for a while and then bounded away over the dry stone wall and into the woods.

Living in the countryside is fantastic!
