Interesting start to the morning.

Being shaken awake and hearing smashing and crashing and things falling all around me.

All at about 4.30am.

Been awake since then.

Cleaning and contacting. Making sure everyone knows that we're all ok.

Looks like we got off lightly... a few smashed ornaments and a lucky escape.

Only got the power back early afternoon.

Talk about unexpected.

The central city is blocked off and the buses aren't running.

I decided I was over today at about 10am.

We're still getting aftershocks.

This was one of the highlights of my day.

I love Crocuses and I love the sun.

It's been a beautiful day despite what happened...
