65 mins of cycling this morning, and I am sore in places that aren't padded with muscle or fat.

Sound like a good way to start a Friday, right?

As of November 1st, I am on a mission to lose 15-20 lbs.
I think I just lost 2 lbs of sweat, alone.

Ugh.
