In the past it's been quite difficult getting this particular colleague to not duck and hide when a camera appears, so it was reasonably surprising when he stayed almost exactly where he was when he pulled this pose (and also handy given that I need to find someone other than myself willing to be photographed for the work photo club competition this month). Not that I'm going to use this exact shot in case people interpret it as a candid as he's not looking down the lens.
