Actually , no you don't ..........we did!

2nd game of the Quiz League vs The Hare & Hounds.

Tonight was a tough quiz and also one of those where one set of questions are slighty easier.

H & H went first and too k a 6-8 lead because none of us knew Apples new search engine!

Round two, Individual questions, was 6-6, neither player scoring on Biblical Fathers, score 12-14.

Round 3 , a disaster, 2-6, well do you know the type of tree that produces turpentine? Score 14-20

Round 4 H & H only knew Russel Harty for 2 points, we managed Henry Fielding for 4, score 18-22 at half time.

Round 5 went to us 7-5, good job I know my poisons! Score 25-27

Round 6 , four point questions showed remarkable lack of bottle by both teams but we took it by 8-6. Score 33-33.

Round seven, individuals again, see- saw scoring 1-0 to us, 3 -0 to us,5-2 to us, then disaster again no points for us , three for them...5-5. Score 38-38

Last round....1st questions right for each side 40-40.....2nd questions right for each side 42-42...3rd questions correct for us 44-42, then a slip by the opposition, bonus passed to us. "Which Shakespeare tragedy has a play within a play, a murder mystery known as 'The Mousetrap'?
