Rain
Our days of sunny bliss in the desert ended today in dramatic fashion. What started as a light rain soon after morning coffee turned into a raging downpour by mid-afternoon. The rain cleared off as all desert storms do, leaving record amounts throughout the Coachella Valley according to the nightly news teaser.
Even though the rains came the skies stayed bright. They were much different than the dark, dreary weather that rains in Washington typically brought. The temperatures also remained warm enough for me to work on the unit without a shirt even during the hardest of rains shown here.
