Things Are Not Always What They Seem

Discovery hosted a party as part of the CASBAA conference and in honour of their relaunch of Travel and Living as TLC. This "breakfast" created by chef Bob Blumer was actuallly dessert! The eggs were pannacotta with an apricot, the bacon was chocolate, the toast was poundcake, ketchup was raspberry sauce, and the coffee was creme brulee. Bit odd but quite creative! Keep this one in mind for April Fool's day... :)
