My little nephew (and his Mum and Dad) came to see us today - the furthest he has travelled in his whole little life! It amazes me how much he changes each time I see him. My Mum and Dad also over for lunch and to bring more haylage supplies for the horses. Had a cool walk in the dark in braggy park - Pegs picked up a scent and went haring off like a dog half her age! Mr EG, his ankle still a bit tender from his mad dancing escapades, went hobbling off after her. Dad had his super douper torch he uses for calving cows so he used that to spotlight her progress through the bracken. She's absolutely knackered now!
