Mismatch

I'm not sure a KFC bucket of chicken was exactly what Senor Faustino had in mind to accompany his rather tasty Rioja. Still, better than Macdonalds.

A very long day of househunting today north of Tarbes. After yesterday's sunshine, today was a grey, cool, drizzly day. The houses we saw are all a bit of a blur: from a huge huge wreck of a farm, to a very tidy former restaurant in a large village. We have certainly found one 'house of our dreams' but we're still not sure we want to be in this area. Lots of thinking to do.

Tonight we are in a hotel near Toulouse, girding ourselves with fatty chicken and wine for another day of hunting tomorrow.
