blue eyes at bath time

there is something about bath time... be it for yourself or with babies... the bubbles, the hot water, the relaxation, the steam, the play, the soothing time, the smell of soap, shampoo and powder....

with a baby, the indescribable baby smell and baby look.... the utter dependence they have on you of you caring for them - the tender bond between you - the cord that will not be broken... words unnecessary, a look is enough as you bathe and wash them anew.

this is my grand nephew and grand he is with that cherub face of his.... sweet and adorable, one of a kind.
