Early this morning Craig passed away peacefully in his sleep. We will all miss him dearly.

We do however, want to thank everyone at Blip Central for creating this site and so giving us access to Craig's journal. As well as documenting 365 days of his struggle against cancer, it is full of his personality, his humour and his vibrant love of life and we will always treasure it.

I didn't know whether I should blip today or not but I have already seen supportive comments posted here by his aunt and on facebook by his cousins and his uncle. I wanted to thank you all so much for that, it is good to have so many friends around us at this time.

The image was taken late this afternoon as the sun began to set on the beach in St Andrews. For the first time in ages I deliberately left my camera behind. Craig would have been angry with me - he always told me that he wanted me to keep on blipping whatever happened. This one is for him.
