Pedal power

Another dump of snow meant another day of being trapped at home. I must say, there's a bit of a 'war effort' mentality coming to the fore here, with a lot of teams of neighbours shovelling snow together and pushing cars. For a place where people keep themselves to themselves, it's all become very sociable.

Had to venture out on a hellish journey to the dentist due to my whole face aching with what is probably bad sinusitis. An x-ray, some pills and a ruffle of my hair confirmed that it is unlikely to be due to excess sweetie consumption.

Trudged my way home along by the water again and it was even more beautiful and even colder, but have opted for a photo of this rather brave chap practising his circus skills in the Meadows.
