Waikiki laziness

This is pretty much all we did for the three days we were in Waikiki. . . sit by the beach and read. Occassionally I got up for a mai tai but otherwise this is where I sat.

I finished "The 19th Wife" which was perfect vacation reading (a murder mystery that weaves in fundamentalist Mormonism, plural marriages, and a bit of history).

We spent the afternoon at the bar at Duke's amd by 7 p.m. we headed up to our room, exhausted from the pleasant combination of a bit too much to drink and a bit too much time in the sun.
