More White Stuff

More heavy snow overnight and throughout the whole of the morning. This shot was taken early. the sky was full of big snowflakes looking like stars on the move. They were falling on already deep snow making already difficult walking conditions even more tricky. Traffic and travel chaos all round. I stuck to walking and despite the difficult conditions enjoyed a fine walk with our mountain dog (Behr).

Its now stopped snowing so will go and shovel the snow off the paths again. I wonder when we will see nature's colours other than white and grey again? Could be a long winter............
