Goodbye

Today was the funeral of my friend Diane.

She was taken too young, and will be sorely missed. However, she didn't have an easy life and is now at peace. She will be remembered for all the fun times we shared, and there were many of them :-)

These include shared family holidays in St Annes as children, high jinx at Guide Camps, dressing up as mannequins in the Guide Shop on our Saturday job, and pinching 'for sale' signs from houses on drunken stumbles home from the pub. And more recently fairly civilised coffees at John Lewis with Kerr in tow and trips to Kelvingrove Art Gallery - lots of happy memories to cherish.
