I got a late Christmas present today, a Plamp!

While I was at home I was explaining to Dad (also a keen photographer) about ClickyChick's macro set up. Ten minutes later he came back with the suggestion of a Plamp & then ordered me one. It does the trick brilliantly, and attaches to the leg of the tripod (so I don't have to clear the table for every macro shot, bonus!). Later the same day we popped out to get some dark material for the background - sorted.
