A slow day, having achieved nothing I intended (including blip catch-up).
One of those days when you feel you're wading in treacle.
But, hey! They're the rest days.
We all need them.

Well, as a matter of fact, it might have done.
And even if it hadn't, I'd still be extolling the virtues...
