let there be light....

Well, today was a good day, though very busy. Lots of busy phonecalls in between my real job, but I like days like that. Taught me a lot, and keeps me on my toes.. I also like days that teach you something new.. every day you live and learn.

My first blip today wasn't very good, and was also a photograph I have taken before, so I didnt use it. I did have to turn almost all the lights off in work. Im not actually sure that I have told my collegues that I am doing this, so I have been getting some odd looks, wandering around with my camera all the time. Ah well.... Not a lot new there. The lights, I turned them off, took my photo, then turned them back on. They decided to stay off. I looked at the fusey box thingy, which seemed as ok, (as far as my knowledge of fusey box thingys go... ) so we had no light. Oops. My youngest collegue (16) came to the conclusion that the lights aren't used to being turned off at 4pm, and that maybe they thought they were meant to be off for the night. You never know, she might be right. Electrician has been called, I will be helluva embarrassed if they do come back on in the morning!

Ah well, the trials.... all in all a good day! :-)
