Toad

1. Sometimes there just aren't five things to be found. Sometimes it doesn't seem to matter what has been happening all around because it's only about what's going on inside. Sometimes days don't work very well at all and they just sit there like a great big toad. But at least I am still typing this. See, there's one.

2. I am healthy. I feel healthy.

3. I am warm and safe.

4. I'm on my own, I'm doing things on my own.

5. I'm finding five tough - only because Elie has sat on my typing arm and is settling in to snooze on the keyboard. Maybe if there's a cat to cuddle there will always be a fifth thing.
