Part of my job that I enjoy is visiting other universities to give presentations at their seminars/conferences and that's what I've been doing today.

I'm in Belfast - one of my favourite cities. I love Northern Ireland. As soon as I'm here, I feel myself relax and unwind.

Anyway this is a quick blip of my friend Lynne. I've known her for 20 years and don't see her often enough. We've had a lovely evening involving quail, salmon, a spot of jazz and a lot of chatting.

I'm the happiest and most relaxed I've been for ages.

Anyway, this isn't the best photo I've taken today in photographic terms, but it's the one that means the most to me.
