Old - Fashioned Fun

We took a day trip to Saintes today - a town about an hour away from La Rochelle by train. We were a big group - 9 people in all, and probably annoyed everyone within a 1km distance with our loud, English conversations. It was an awesome day though. We saw the church, has a long lunch, went to the old, really, really cool Amphitheatre and went to the Abbey.

It was at the Abbey that we started having fun with our cameras. This is one of my favourite photos from the whole trip so far I think. We took a couple others of us dotted around and then some of us running at the camera à la Zombieland but these were the best. Credit to Sherry for started us on the idea!
