Exploration of new U of T buildings
Exploration of thought: Peace and Conflict Studies Conference all day at this place - Bahen Centre for Computer Science/Technology (?). Heard panellists on the media's role in conflict resolution from some quite good speakers and I didn't really speak to anyone all day, apart from a couple of phone calls with my Dad.
Had lots to think about as I walked back through a cold but very clear-skied UC quad, Hart House and Queens Park.
Showered, now chatting with Ami and we're going to get the streetcar down to Quinto's soon for a party at his. He has kind of an eccentric group of flatmates, so should be interesting.

Tomorrow I need to read and sleep. I guess I didn't take any photos yesterday, but we had a really amazing English lecture about found poems and how modernity has affected the way that poetry is written. This Canadian writer we were looking at is really amazing, and the lecture really highlighted all this stuff I never would have thought of. Then Blaire took me to Theatre Books and we spent ages reading about theatre in this beautiful old house round the corner from campus. Bought a book on monologues from literature for actors.
