If you'd asked me last night how I was feeling after my run with SD and C, I'd have said "great" and felt well chuffed with myself.

Today is another story.

I feel like a doll who's had it's legs ripped out at the hips then pushed back in at funny angles.

Oh well, no pain, no gain!
