I have just realised that I have not written anything to introduce myself, so here we go:

I am a middle-aged (oh dear already!) French woman passionnate about pictures, cats and food! I also like to travel and love light, shadows, colours. Even though I like my pictures to depict something, I find that more and more I am interested in abstract or patterns. When I was about 5 a Russian friend of my father's started to call me lynx eye for he found that I had a good eye for detail and I think it is still true if I may say so myself.

I have a Birman cat that I ADORE! He's the joy of my life. Such a sweet baby boy (well he's nearly six, but to me he will always be my baby!). He is a seal-point male with big penetrating blue eyes.

Otherwise, the other interest in my life is food. I LOVE going to tea rooms and take pictures of tea pots, cups, saucers, cakes, paper napkins, etc. you name it: if it's in front of me I snap away! This is why I now take my Iphone everywhere I go. I used to hate mobile phones but as a camera it's OK!

Well I guess that is all I can say for now...
