I am retired and living in Edinburgh with my wife. In the city are by two sons and their wives, my daughter and a grandson. Given that my life is largely in Edinburgh, most of my blips will feature the city.

I am a novice photographer and have just acquired my first DSLR camera which I am beginning to learn to use so some tolerance from my fellow blippers will be needed. I was introduced to blipfoto by a friend and have been inspired by what I see. The quality of the photos I saw initially almost intimidated me but now inspires me to learn. Comments are very welcome!
