For over a year have lost control of my hands (severe arthritis, or something) and this has changed my life, as you may imagine. I sold my car since I no longer can hold the steering wheel, and I have stopped using my camera-- no focus or too much movement, a lot of trouble.
But I am still here and participating in blipfoto as much as possible.
Today is 5 April 2024
Cheers to all my Blip Buddies!

I am glad to still continue blipping from Oxford, NY in the Catskill forest.
I started blipping September 12, 2012. Nine years ago.
I have gone through a few cameras and my original three cats as well.
I am happy and gratified at the fellow-blippers who have continued with me over the years. I have loved seeing where you live, watching your children, if the case may be, your gardens and pets grow.
This is a friendly international community I am pleased to be part of.

2012
A few years ago I bought a small house on a large lot in an old New York village. I hope to settle down and to live here in the beautiful Catskill mountains... for a while, for many years.
When I first started Blipping, my goal was to post a blip each day. I like to record the changes in my garden, my cats, the seasons, and the landscape. An occasional view of small village life around me looks good too.
I enjoy the blipfoto community -- unique in all the world.
