About me, about me, about me......is there a more difficult question to answer in this age of must know everything/now?
What, if anything, would I want The Great Unwashed, or at the very least The Mildly Scruffy, to know about me, and why would they care?
Well, I'm a forty-something adult teenager who's totally in touch with his inner Trekkie. A geek, a nerd, a music fan, a lover of cinema and strong cheese, although hardly ever at the same time. A Falkirk boy born and bred, I love travelling but hate arriving. I could happily never set foot on an aircraft ever again due to safety concerns yet even I can see the interesting juxtaposition with my love of fast motorbikes. I work in Glasgow, a city that is apparently 'pure dead brilliant' even though I am yet to be convinced. I have a very mundane and soul crushing job in the electronics industry, but thankfully my passion for all things mountain bike helps me to forget about the eternal impending Monday.
