What's up everybody, my name is Axel, aka the Brotographer.

This biography used to say a lot of different stuff: that I taught photography to other students at university, that I did freelance event and club photography, and a bunch of stuff about how photography's role in my life has always varied from year to year.

The low-down is: I've just quit my engineering job in Egypt, and I'm now full-time on the road. In the past, blip served as a photographic journal, freezing those memories I'd otherwise forget, and that's my goal this time around again. My view is that photos can capture the state of mind you were in, more so than words can. More than anything, I need a stable place to post my photos and my thoughts.
