Manhattan Project

After the search for Rye on Saturday and the making of cocktail cherries on Sunday I thought it was about time to sit down and have a Manhattan nightcap. A little too much orange bitters meant that by the time it was balanced out with some sweetness I could hardly taste the whiskey. Will keep trying till I find my perfect mix.

Watched the first part of the Queen documentary from the beeb this evening. I'm generally a big fan of music documentaries but I didn't think this one really did them any justice, There was nice footage of them backstage and in the studio but I didn't think it was put together very well.
