31st wedding anniversary today!

We're really busy at the moment so we decided to put off celebrating until we have a quiet couple of hours................somewhere about the middle of December is looking favourite at the moment!

Todays blip shows the preparation for a coaching session.

10.00 this morning was at the venue....checked that we had enough equipment ready for tonight.

20 rigs tied....check.
20 poles complete and ready to go.....check

We start coaching at 6.00.

At 5.10 I was at the venue...........opened up the container and got out, 20 seat boxes, 20 poles, 20 bait tubs, tackle box, first aid kit.

Bait tubs filled with maggots....check
Match sheet organised....check
Draw made for the match....check
Contestants sent off to pegs...check

Risk assessment form completed...........check
13 children registered......check
Equipment issued....check
Money collected ....check
Pay out for match organised....check
6.30 close up lock-ups and head down to coach.

One and a half hours coaching.

All equipment returned....check
All children deregistered....check
Hand sanitiser issued to all children and parents......check
Match weighed in....check
Pay out for 1st and 2nd place....check
All paper work completed and put away....check

5 minutes watching the bats scooting about under the tree....check

Up early in the morning, 100+ mile drive to get Dad and then 100+ mile return.
