Look how well my detox is going !!! Only a few more pounds and I shall be at my target weight ;) .......
Went to see lovely Laurence for my neck wringing as I call it .... ohhhhh it makes me light as air when he has finished ... David Dickensons love child did a lovely lunch for me today and her lovely Mum and Dad brought me some beautiful roses .. Thank you very much Keith and Eileen don't forget my present whilst you are on holiday ....
Lucy is off at mad Mias (her best friend) so Eve and I are going to have a bacon sandwich ,I have no cooking urges ........
