Another day of rain and pain.

Stilll persisting down, started on Sunday lunchtime and hasn't stopped.

Still having back spasms, started on Sunday lunctime and haven't stopped. Although they are less severe and less frequent.

Another day of lying flat or sitting bolt upright on a dining chair....but the Ibruprofen are doing their job and reducing the inflammation.....so no work tomorrow....but maybe Thursday.

Reading Terry Pratchett again and watching crap tv.
